Q. Where are Stevie K products made?

Our products are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia. 

Q. Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! 

Q. Do you only make lipstick and eyeshadow?

Nope! The Stevie K team are always hard at work developing new products and will have a full product offering by the end of 2017. Don't forget to sign up to our newsletter for exclusive news on new product launches. (link in footer)

Q. How much does delivery cost for Australian orders?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5 with free shipping for all overs over $40. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to get your hands on some product, please email info@steviekcosmetics.com for a postage quote.

Please do not order from outside of Australia and request an Australian delivery address. This will come up with a fraud warning and cannot always be validated. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders received by 12pm are shipped on the same day.  All orders received after 12pm will be sent next day. If you order on a Friday, your order will be sent on Monday. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive (just to be safe) but depending on your postcode, most orders will be there in less than 3. If you need something super quick, just let us know! Please note that SOMETIMES orders may take up to 2 business days to be processed. This is quite rare and we aim to send as quickly as possible.

Q. Do you offer refunds or returns?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns for used/opened products.   All Stevie K items are individually checked and packed before we post to make sure you get nothing but the best! We have included an ingredients listing at the base of our home page for easy reference. We also understand it's hard for you to get a true understanding of the shades online, so please get in touch if you have any questions about colours before ordering as we have a team of professionals on standby to help you get the most complimentary shade. Returns MUST be received within two weeks in order for a refund or credit to be given. Please contact info@steviekcosmetics.com with your order number for a return slip to be provided.

Q. Do you sell in stores?

In Australia, our current range is available exclusively via the Stevie K website. 

Q. Do you offer samples for bloggers?

If you are interested in collaborating with Stevie K, please provide a direct link to your blog, website or channel.
